How to Create the perfect Music Festival Look!

Some might call me a festival junkie—and honestly, I wear that title proudly! I’ve been hitting up EDC every year since 2017, and since then, I’ve added festivals across California, Ohio, and more to my roster. There’s just something about sparkling in my truth, dancing non-stop to my fave artists, and fully embracing the energy of it all. One of my favorite things? Putting together fresh, bold looks based on themes or color schemes. Every festival is a chance to express myself and connect with new people. So, in prep for the next big fest, I wanted to share my essentials for putting together the perfect ensemble!

MAKEUP, GLITTER, & FACE GEMS

Let’s be real—makeup is an art, and festivals are the perfect place to play. I’m usually all about neutrals and pinks in my everyday life, but when it’s time to get festival-ready, I love to go all out! Festival hair is all about options! You can go all-in with colorful extensions, silver hardware in box braids, or flowers woven into a long ponytail. But here's the trick—think about the festival vibes and how low-maintenance you need your look to be. If you’re camping for days, braids are your BFF, and extensions can help keep them fresh throughout the fest. If you're getting ready at home or at a salon, the sky's the limit.
